The Pardoner Timeline and Summary

The Pardoner's portrait is the 22nd in the General Prologue.
In his prologue, the Pardoner confesses that he only preaches in order to win money, and lets the pilgrims in on his trade secrets.
The Pardoner is the fourteenth to tell his tale, after the Physician and before the Shipman.
After his tale, the Pardoner attempts to sell fake relics to the pilgrims, causing the Host to get angry at him.
