Exactly how steamy is this story?

There isn't really a lot of raciness in this book: the characters are too focused on just staying alive. While Katniss and Peeta pretend to be married, and Katniss even has to act like she's pregnant to generate public pity before and during the Quarter Quell, the most they've ever really done is kiss. They have sleepovers, but those seem to be more about staving off bad dreams than steaminess. Katniss also has a sexy kiss with Gale, but that's as far as it goes. Instead of steaminess, the book's adult qualities come from its no-holds-barred approach to describing brutal violence in the arena.
