Darth Vader (David Prowse)’s Timeline and Summary

Vader discovers the Rebel's secret base on Hoth and leads an invasion.
He and the Emperor discuss turning Luke to the dark side.
He sets a trap for Luke by capturing his friends.
It works and, after cutting off Luke's hand, Vader reveals that he is Luke's father.
Luke and his friends manage to escape, despite Vader's best efforts.
