Fallen Angels Steaminess Rating

Exactly how steamy is this story?

G

There's not much action happening in this book beyond, you know, the war action. Perry doesn't have a girlfriend back home, and sometimes feels a little shy about being a virgin. He has a brief flirtation with a nurse when they arrive, and when he sees her again, she kisses him:

"'Richie, you take care of yourself.'
She kissed me and left." (16.118-119)

Hot, right?

Yeah, no. It's a completely emotionless non-description. Perry may like Judy, but his mind is (understandably) too occupied with the war to have any strong feelings.

And it may not be steamy in the hanky-panky sense, but war violence is where this rating goes up to the PG, or sometimes beyond. Mines, bombs, and assault rifles aren't child's play, after all.
