In terms of what those in the biz call "sexual situations," the steaminess factor is pretty low; there's mostly just some kissing and some googly eyes between Eddie and May.
Those sexual sitches become R rated, however, when we realize they're happening between a sister and brother. Incest definitely deserves an R rating. And there's some salty language to boot, if you weren't entirely convinced.
