- Arthur appears at the lab's entrance, struggling as a minion hangs on to him.
- Snatcher gives the minion an order and the minion talks back to him—turns out it was Herbert in disguise.
- No one attacks Herbert, since they've all learned to fear his walloper. Herbert smashes the railings keeping everyone captive, and then smashes a hole in the wall so they can escape.
- Snatcher has his minions start to shoot at their escapees, using blunderbusses loaded with random household scraps.
- Still, everyone manages to escape through the hole in the wall, and off they go.
