Just kidding. Henry refers to the build-up to the coming war as a storm. It ain't original, but it definitely packs a punch.

He continues,

The next gale that sweeps from the north will bring to our ears the clash of resounding arms! (68)

He's not referring to a literal gale, but to the winds of war. Better put on your poncho and board up the windows, though, just to be safe.
