Exactly how steamy is this story?

Violence, revolution, and gangs don't exactly go hand-in-hand with steamy date nights, so it's no surprise that we don't get much boom-boom in the novel. Sure, there are a couple references to baby mamas and chicks getting knocked up, but that's certainly not the focus. Even when we are told about Stephanie having Biggie's baby, we only find out after she's pregnant and don't see the two of them together. The book has a lot of violence, to be sure, but doesn't give us much in between the sheets.
