John Williams and Steven Spielberg go together like peanut butter and marshmallow fluff. They've worked together about a billion times (give or take 999,978 times), and Williams composed the iconic Indiana Jones theme that you hum whenever a giant boulder is chasing you.

The soundtrack for Temple of Doom includes new tracks, like "Short Round's Theme" and "Bug Tunnel and Death Trap," which we're surprised Taylor Swift hasn't used as the title of a new break-up song. (Source)

"Short Round's Theme" is the iconic song of Temple of Doom. This tune is almost as heroic as Indy's theme is. It's a little peppier, considering Short Round is thirty years Indy's junior, and it's full of whimsy and wonder. And considering Short Round is just a little Indy in training, it's no surprise that the tune features notes remixed from "The Raider's March." (Source)

Temple of Doom is unique as the only soundtrack not to include music explicitly by John Williams. No, he and Spielberg didn't have a tiff. But the song Willie sings at the beginning, "Anything Goes," is from the Cole Porter musical of the same name.
