- 1.1: King John is challenged by King Philip of France.
- 1.1: John declares war on France.
- 1.1: King John listens to the Falconbridge brothers' legal argument over who gets to inherit their dad's land.
- 2.1: King John's army goes to France and throws down outside the city of Angers.
- 2.1: King John comes to a peace agreement with the French.
- 3.1: King John argues with Pandolf, insults the Pope and declares that kings don't take orders from "meddling priests."
- 3.1: King John gets booted out of the Catholic Church by the Pope.
- 3.1: The peace treaty with France is broken.
- 3.1: King John tells the Bastard to gather his army.
- 3.3: King John tells Hubert to murder Arthur.
- 4.2: We find out that King John has just had himself crowned for a second time.
- 4.2: King John finds out France is planning to invade England.
