The Nicomachean Ethics Steaminess Rating

Exactly how steamy is this story?

G

There is absolutely no sex in Aristotle's Ethics—with one exception. He does use the term "erotic love" a couple of times in Book 8, but he doesn't give any graphic examples. The relationship between husband and wife is spoken of as an aristocracy, a friendship, or a partnership, but never as something sexual. In short, if Ethics were a movie, you could take your little bro to see it. Too bad he wouldn't understand it, though.
