Hector gets into a cutlass-wielding fight with Achille over Helen; he tears Achille's shirt.
He scoops up Helen in his transport after she has a fight with Achille in the marketplace and speeds away with her.
Philoctete attempts to make peace between Hector and Achille, but no dice.
Hector rides out the hurricane in his canoe and is pitched into the sea—he survives.
Statics hires Hector and his Comet to take him on a campaign tour of the island.
Helen moves in with Hector after she fights again with Achille.
