Depending on your point of view, nature might be sexy, but there's no actual human sex in Pilgrim at Tinker Creek. Sure, there's that section about how the female mantis bites the male's head off during mating—we're still trying to comprehend that during bit, and apparently male mantises can continue to get it on after decapitation—but the sex here is strictly limited to the National Geographic realm.
