Exactly how steamy is this story?

The only romance popping up in Westmark is the really sweet friendship between Theo and Mickle, an affection that slowly grows into Theo realizing he's got more than just friendship on his mind. It takes him leaving Mickle behind and growing up a bit for Theo to come to his senses regarding his gal pal, though. Even before that, their feelings are plain as day (to readers, anyway) as they bond over reading and sign language lessons. But there's nothing remotely naughty in this book.
