Qualifications
You can set aside that advanced degree in computer programming. Working at an amusement arcade requires a lot of skills, but you don't need a degree to prove you've got what it takes.
You've got to have a cool temper and a smart head on your shoulders to be able to work with the "public" (bratty little kids and nerdy overgrown kids rehashing their youth). You've got to know enough about arcade games that you know how to answer the aforementioned public's questions without knowing so much that you no longer want to work in the failing industry. You've got to have some nimble fingers so you can repair the machines, and can generally dominate at pinball.
