Odds of Hanging On
You can pretty much stay with this job until your arms fall off or your knees collapse. In fact, there are a lot of perks, financial and otherwise, that can come with hanging on to this job for more than five years. If you hang in there, you can earn up to seventy-five percent more than what you were earning before.
In fact, many baggage handlers eventually get promoted to supervisory positions if they hang in long enough. And if you're a competent and capable employee, there's no reason for you to go anywhere.
