Odds of Getting In
Becoming a professional chauffeur depends on your driving record, where you live, and who you are as a person. You're much more likely to get hired with a "winning personality" than without one because this is a job where you're going to have to deal with other living, breathing human beings. You'll have to be "on" for each and every client, even if some of them won't look at you like a human being in return.
If you have a clean record, a high school diploma, and the gift of gab, you shouldn't have any problem getting hired―provided there are jobs in your area. You're much more likely to get a chauffeur position in Chicago, IL, then you are in Des Moines, IA, and you're more likely to get one in Des Moines, IA then you are in the cornfields thirty miles west. As with most things in life, it's all about location, location, location.
