Odds of Getting In
Job opportunities for curators are growing; however, so are the number of applicants. There's loads of competish for this artsy job. Would-be veterinarians may convert their animal love into the pursuit of a zoo job; failed artists may like the idea of working in a place where, at the very least, they are surrounded by other people's art.
These are great places to work, so you'll have to kick butt in school to separate yourself from the herd. Be sure to ask a lot of questions—remember, there's no such thing as a stupid one. By the way, are you still reading this?
