You puke on the way over to your first mission, but that's just the beginning. You're sent home within the first week after coming down with a nasty case of dysentery.

Mission: Your Bed at Home. Paid: $6,924, four months completed 

You're halfway through with your first mission and you're starting to get used to life out here. The food is bad, the sleep is nonexistent, and the malaria is plentiful, but you've developed a solid rapport with the locals and the sound of gunfire in the distance no longer causes you to change your shorts three times a day.

New Vacation Destination. Paid: $15,579, one mission completed 

At the end of your first mission, the locals all love you and you've formed a few attachments. You feel a sense of pride knowing you saved many people's lives. Who knows—if the country can solve its civil war problems in the near future, it might even be nice to come back and visit sometime.

A Healing Force. Paid: $51,930, three missions completed 

You're on your fourth mission and are asked to train groups of new recruits. You take time out of your regular practice to run special missions and help out where needed. As a seasoned MSF veteran, all the newbies look to you for guidance.

Doctor Do-It-All. Paid: $77,895, five missions completed 

You find yourself missing the action of MSF when you're back at home. You're excited to get going on your next mission, but the top brass has offered you a more permanent position as an associate director of operations. The pay is higher but...ugh, it's so boring.
