Physical Danger
Working at the FDA is tame in the danger department. If you're a research scientist, you've got the usual laundry list of potential lab dangers – chemical spills, broken glassware, and that weird imprint you get around your eyes from wearing too-tight goggles.
If you're a review scientist, your biggest threat is probably going to be a paper cut or maladies that come from hunching over and/or staring, wide- and glassy-eyed at a glowing computer screen.
If you're an inspector, the job will involve a hefty hunk of travel, so beware of road rage and be sure to look both ways before crossing the street.
And just like any job out there, watch out for the meteorites and killer bees. They'll get you every time.
