Glory
You'll help high school students on a daily basis figure out what they want to do with their lives and how to achieve their dreams. There's no excuse for you not to go home every day feeling really, really good about yourself and the work you do.
Don't get carried away by your ego, though. The fact is, some kids—even smart ones—aren't ready for a four-year degree program right out of high school. Your job, then, is to help them figure out alternatives that will either prepare them for higher education at a later date, or for whatever career they want to pursue.
