Qualifications
This job ain't rocket science. All that's technically required to get hired is certification from an authorized operator training program. That means you can potentially do this job without even graduating high school (source). That said, you should probably try and graduate high school. Officially though, all you really need is:
- Training and certification as an industrial truck/tractor operator
- Experience and expertise on your vehicle of choice
- Communication skills
