If you've got a thing for locals recognizing you around town, then this position will make you very happy. Since justices of the peace are elected officials that will interact with the public regularly, they're bound to be recognized now and again. Sometimes it will be for that amazing wedding ceremony they officiated. Other times, it'll be that angry biker ready to throw down about his traffic violation. Either way, some justices will probably enjoy a little small town celebrity status.
