The answer is just basically no.
There is no twenty year prospect for this job for two reasons: first, kiosks themselves probably won't last that long; and second, you probably won't be able to keep this job that long. Financially, it'll be very difficult to support yourself for twenty years behind the kiosk. Unless by some crazy chance you end up managing the mall kiosk, this job is a short-term one. Besides, you may just want to do something else with your life eventually.
Many people are assuming that malls will be almost completely automated in the near future. Things will most likely be made on demand, possibly even by 3D printers. The need for employees will probably plummet if this actually happens (source).
Unfortunately, since malls are dying anyway (source), the prospect of this job (or any job in the mall, for that matter) being available in twenty years is on the low end. Not to mention there's very little chance you'll want to hold onto this job for twenty years in the first place.
