It's not a cult...but let's just say that once you're in, you're in. Some would say it's not enough to just be in the industry of your choice, that you have to constantly be moving forward. But if you're any good, you won't really have to put in too much extra effort to make that happen—just show ambition. Besides, if you get a job that's in your field, that you like doing, and that pays okay, what are you complaining about?
