Fame
You're running an apartment complex, not knocking baseballs out of Yankee Stadium, so personal fame isn't really on the menu. You might, however, get to rub shoulders with people who are way more famous than you'll ever be. Rock stars, models, professional athletes, socialites, and big-name actors and actresses have to live somewhere and, if you're the property manager of an exclusive high-rise in Manhattan, these famous folks could just decide to reside in your building.
And maybe that's how you come by your twenty seconds of fame: by telling a supermodel to take her photo shoot off your front lawn…er, roof.
