Physical Danger
Think about what it takes to slice through a piece of solid wood. Now think about the fact that the tools you'll be working with daily can accomplish that feat like they're slicing through a stick of warm butter. If safety and coordination don't rank high on your list of skills, this could be a seriously risky career choice for your limbs.
Aside from losing body parts to sharp machinery, there are about a million other ways to physically endanger yourself as a woodworker. Not wearing ear protection while you run that power saw? Buh bye, hearing. Turned your head just as your coworker was lifting that 2x4? Hello, concussion. Don't even start us on the dangers of superglue. It's definitely better to be safe than sorry.
