Ben/Jim (Dad)

Though Ben is almost constantly at odds with his father, we can see that they are, in many ways, a lot alike.

Much like Jim, there are times when Ben has a short temper with Gerry. Ben himself finally sees the connection on the island, when he tries to force Gerry to eat a moldy breakfast bar. Of course, he's horrified…and not just at the (ew) moldy breakfast bar.
