Case Description: Hermod and Frigg accused Hel of unlawfully imprisoning Balder. They argued that because Balder's death was an accident, he didn't deserve to be stuck in Hel.
Case Status: Hermod and Frigg agreed to Hel's suggested compromise: She would release Balder if everyone in the world cried for him. One hold-out (probably Loki in disguise) prevented Balder's release, though.
