Case description: The Tuatha shoved Nuada off his throne once his hand was chopped off at the First Battle of Mag Tuired. In the process, they evicted him from his home. Unfortunately, no Tuatha king could have a physical imperfection, so the Silver-Handed One was no longer ruler.
Case status: Settled. The Tuatha de Danann made a bad choice by choosing the half-Fomorian Bres as their king. Bres turned out to be a bad seed and Nuada got his hand magically restored, so NuNu became king again.
