Fame
Fame for an administrative assistant is more of the vicarious type. If you work for a famous enough organization or individual, you may–in a way–consider yourself to be famous. The fame will be Alfred-type fame. Alfred helps out Batman. In fact, without Alfred, Batman could never do what he does. And Batman is famous. The organization you work for will not, if you are good at what you do, be able to do what they do without you.
