Glory

Remember Mike Reynolds? A bright kid to be sure, but he'll never get anywhere in life by jumping off of roofs and always playing the clown. After Mike's legs heal, Karen would call him into her office for some real talk. The C- average is not going to cut it, especially if he is serious about going to grad school.

During the conversation (after Mike finally drops his bravado), she discovers that he is operating in the shadow of a brilliant, can-do-no-wrong brother. Although Mike is smart, his self-confidence is very low and is brought even lower because he struggles with dyslexia.

This looks like a job for a super dean. That could be you. As the Dean, you'll not only counsel students through their issues, but advocate on their behalf to change things for the better. Helping so many students can be a tiring and sometimes thankless job...until graduation when you see several of them who were previously flunking out receiving their diplomas.

As you might imagine, that can end up feeling pretty glorious.
