Even though the leadership at the insurance company you work for is pretty sure a kitten dies every time a claim is paid, you will get to experience the pleasure of helping customers recover from the curveballs of life.
Unless, of course, you're so invested in your employer that you, too, think angels weep when claimants get their due.
