Unless you're making YouTube videos about crocodile dentistry (don't laugh—you know you'd click a link where someone claimed to brush a croc's teeth), you're probably not going to be in a lot of danger just walking around filming yourself saying stuff.

That said, 6,000 people a year die in home accidents, and most of them weren't even focused on the tiny lens in the back of their phone instead of their own two feet (source). Then again, if you can't be trusted to manage your own safety at home, you're definitely doomed if you step outside. May as well just stay in the living room and hope for the best.
