Qualifications
This is one of the few jobs on the planet where there are basically no qualifications. You're getting paid to be you, and you are who you are. In the world of YouTube personality videos (or as we call them, "moving selfies"), there's just as much value in being a snot-nosed thirteen-year-old with a bad temper as there is being a real deal astronaut.
We can't even tell you to be charismatic or personable because, frankly, plenty of people on YouTube are funny precisely because they're monotone or un-personable. And some people rely far less on what they say, opting instead to focus primarily on what they do (how-to videos, stunts, etc.).
See? We're right back where we started. If you want this job, you can literally be anyone with any background. It's almost like there's no excuse to not end up a famous millionaire.
