Form regular plural nouns orally by adding /s/ or /es/ (e.g., dog, dogs; wish, wishes).
No need to worry about all those crazy English exceptions. Save the geese and deer and oxen for another time and make sure students get the basics of verbal pluralization by adding the /s/, /z/, or / əz/ to the end of nouns when there's more than one of them.
