The Walking Dead Theme of Courage

How would you react if you woke up and saw a zombie outside your window? Or a hundred zombies? Everybody would probably have a different reaction. Some would grab the guns they've been stockpiling and open fire. Some would barricade the door and hope they had enough food to last. Some would kill themselves. And some would probably try to fight the zombie and die. Which of these would the bravest choice? Which would just be reckless? Sometimes it's difficult to tell the difference between courage and recklessness.
