Character Analysis
Another of the Population Police officers who accompany Captain Loosely on his mission to capture Beatrice-Joanna, Young Oxenford manages not to get eaten by rural villagers. They do steal his clothes, though, and by the time he and his Captain make it back to the big city, he's feeling pretty done with the job. In fact, he's planning to quit, and to join the British Army instead. Hm…we'll see how that works out for him.
