Best Practices
MoreTexas
You're in Texas. That means you enjoy things like mesquite, armadillos, high school football, the colors burnt orange and/or maroon, natural gas, spurs, and an 80-mph speed limit. (Shmoop note: drive carefully and follow all posted signage.)
Also...you enjoy Shmoop.
We've always worked well with the Lonestar State. In fact, with Shmoop's help, Brownsville ISD made the AP® Honor Roll, which means they "simultaneously achieved increases in access to Advanced Placement courses for a broader number of students and also maintained or improved the rate at which their AP students earned scores of 3 or higher on an AP Exam."
In addition to our regular ol' AP Prep, SAT® Prep, ACT® Prep, and Expository Essay Lab, Shmoop has all sorts of Texas-specific resources for your learning and teaching pleasure, including Texas Success Initiative Prep (TSI), prep for every Texas EOC, and more. If you don't find what you're looking for below, be sure to check the rest of the site to see what else we've got.
