You'd think making a cool, refreshing product like beer would be...cool and refreshing. Sometimes, it is. Other times, when you've been working for twelve straight hours next to a 150-degree Fahrenheit vessel of water, which then needs to be cleaned by heating it to 1,500 degrees, well, it can get a little stressful.
