Glory
While many days will feature the word rejection playing on a loop inside your head, there will be the occasional victories, both large and small. Very rarely, however, the victories can be absolutely massive.
Let's say you head to a film festival and fall in love with a low-budget (but giant-hearted) independent film. You convince the producer/writer/director to give you first action at getting it out there (win). You call up your contacts at various studios and major distribution offices, and after a few months of calling, someone finally decides to pick it up (win). You then convince a couple hundred theaters across the country to show the film for six weeks (win).
Finally, the film debuts all over America, pulling in over fifty times its budget, and nabbing two Oscar nominations including one win (big win). During his acceptance speech the producer/writer/director thanks you personally for your "belief in our little film."
That amount of glory deserves its own hashtag. (#winning)
