That's the kind of thing that can keep you up at night. High levels of stress can contribute to things like high blood pressure and heart disease. We're not doctors, but we'd recommend finding ways to kick back and unwind every now and again. Running a hotel can be all-consuming, but you definitely don't want the stress to be.
