Physical Danger
You could send yourself into a sugar coma after "testing" one too many of a new line of packaged pastries, or have a stress-induced heart attack just prior to a particularly tricky product launch, or go mad from spending too much time online, doing market research and data analysis. There's also the ever-present dangers of eye and neck strain from too much computer time, overcaffeination, and sleep deprivation right before a big launch.
But...that's about it. You're not going to have to wrestle sewer alligators or anything.
