Odds of Getting In
Basically anyone with a GED and a credit card could crack this nut. You find a one- or two-year training opportunity and grind on through it. Then you'll hop on those job websites or holler at some of those fancy connections you made in school, and you'll get whiplash from how fast you're hired.
Disclaimer: don't whip your head around in joy when you get your first job. The neck brace on the first day isn't a good look. In perhaps more official terms, this particular career is growing pretty rapidly, so chances are you'll find an office that'll hire you not too long after you start the job search (source).
And hey, here's a little advice: it's important that you have good interpersonal skills, which means being clear and concise when talking to people while also carefully listening. Master that, you'll not only be an ace interviewer, but you'll be good with the customers too.
