Physical Danger
Generally, psychologists aren't in any more danger than other people who work in an office. However, forensic psychologists have a slightly more dangerous job, as they work with criminals, some of whom aren't the most kind-hearted souls. Forensic psychologists provide assessments in court, give expert testimony, and provide court-ordered treatment to those in prison.
These are the guys who evaluate offenders to see if they are legally insane. Those working in this field may get threatened, verbally abused, or physically attacked when treating an aggressive individual. Now aren't you sorry you stopped taking karate lessons when you were eight?
