- While they're sleeping in a tree, they hear a booming voice tell them that it's against the law to climb trees in Central Park.
- Max wakes up and looks down to see a cop. She wakes the rest of the kids and tells them that they're going to get down like normal (a.k.a. without flying), and then make a run for it.
- As the cop asks them if she can contact their families (you know, since they're all just kids), they run for it—even though Angel resists because she's left behind her toy.
- Then another cop car pulls up and Max thinks that she sees Jeb dressed as a police officer, getting out of the vehicle. They have to run even faster now.
