Star Trek III: The Search for Spock Scene 29 Summary

  • The Klingons wander the ship, basically saying, "Anybody home?"
  • Torg informs Kruge that the vessel is empty, and only the computer is speaking. Kruge demands to listen. When he hears the countdown, he figures it out.
  • Too late. Enterprise self-destructs, killing the Klingons aboard.
  • Kirk and his crew watch the Enterprise's destruction from the planet's surface. The Enterprise looks like a falling star as it disintegrates in the atmosphere.
  • Kirk questions the act, but McCoy says he's given them a chance to live.
