Homeward Bound
- On her journey home, Billie Jo reflects on her decision to leave. She says that as much as she wanted to get away, it wasn't what she thought it would be. It was lonely and empty and painful, worse than the silence between her and her father at home; she realizes that home is where she belongs, regardless of the circumstances there.
